Please join us for AJF Advance, an exclusive endowment master class for Atlanta Jewish Foundation’s agency partners.
Bringing together senior leaders from across Jewish Atlanta, this complimentary seminar will offer strategies to grow and sustain your organization’s mission. We will examine the cases for endowment development, the role of lay leadership, role modeling, tools, and resources.
When: Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 at 5:00-7:00PM.

This program will be led and facilitated by Dirk Bird, Founder and Principal of Illumination Strategies, Inc. Dirk is the former Vice President of Planned Giving for Jewish Federations of North America and the former Chief Development Officer of JEWISHcolorado. Dirk’s extensive experience includes development planning, lay leadership engagement, major gift development, family philanthropy, gift planning, professional development, coaching and supervision, and overall donor stewardship.
